For Critters and Kids.

The Critter Barn has been the go-to hang out, volunteer spot, and a place of valuable learning for two of our older grandchildren.. these two punkin's right here.

Only bigger and more grown up.

Like this,
 responsible and trustworthy kids.

Yeah, these guys.

Both of them have volunteered at the Critter Barn.
But our granddaughter has pretty much grown up over there.
She's given many hours to the animals
and worked as a tour guide gaining knowledge about animals, their care and people.
It's a great place for all sorts of creatures!

She's also played the role of Mary more than once.

One February morning we took our two littlest guys for a visit, it
seemed only right to practice our very best animal sounds in the car on the way.

What does the .... cow say?
Sideline G'pa does a killer "MOO-oooo" You should hear him,

It's funny.

Come on... let's go inside!

There's a huge array of bunnies, each has a name.. we love the bunny room!

Hi, you adorable little balls of softness,
you looking for pellets?

Just a little timid at first, this one.

But we all loved the kitty room!

Into the Chicken Coop we went.
And out we came.
Chickens are cute and
chickens are stinky.

The chicks are irresistible though!

This farm is simply charming.

Cows, horses, goats, one of the oldest pot-bellied pigs in the
country, turkeys, rabbits, chickens.
There's a lot to see!

Keep munchin' guys.

WE LOVE YOU CRITTER BARN!

See ya.

 Love, hugs, and squeezes
 Sideline Grandma
