With many of my favorite foods, including mayonnaise.. lovely white tasty mayo.
No joke, this is a legitimate salad recipe.
Here's what it takes;
sliced water chestnuts, sharp white cheddar,
peanuts, green onions, celery, bacon, mayonnaise and popcorn.
Goodness sakes people.

There's simply no way this is not going to be delicious.
These are a few of my favorite things!
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and place in the bowl,
next add the cheese, bacon (fried to a crisp, of course, and crumbled) and peanuts.
That's a yummy mixture right there..
Add the popcorn last and use as much mayo as it takes
to make it look like this..
serve immediately.
Please.
It's crunchy, it's salty, it's bacony, it's cheesy, it's oniony
and yet fresh from the water chestnuts and celery.
File under; Not a Low Fat Salad.
Doesn't it look good though?
Tomorrow we'll have something healthy.. promise.
But tonight I'm eating more of this as a snack.
