Give a kid a camera..

Just another reason hanging around with the grandchildren is just so delightful.  
While meandering on a woodland path with three preteens and a nearly 2 year old one of the youngsters asked if she could carry the camera, then she scurried on ahead of us.
When we caught up with her this is what she was doing;




Taking pictures of her shadow.
Notice how she's framed herself within the tree branches.



Well, of course the others wanted to try a few things,
as in this photo; her brother in a headstand.





The 20 month old holding hands with grandma.





Here brother has the camera.
Love the the patterns of the trees and the actual leaves
lying on the ground.




Even though no faces are seen,
we know this is sister.
